Spotter End User License Agreement

Section 1-Restrictions on use

You can't distribute Spotter app, if you will distribute Spotter app you will be denied access to Spotter app.

Section 2-License grant

You have non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use application on devices controlled and owned by you.

Section 3-In app data

You can lose your data you have created in app, by acceptance of the EULA(End User License Agreement)

Term and Termination

This agreement remains effective until expiration or termination. This agreement will immediately terminate upon notice if user exceeds the scope of license granted or otherwise fails to comply with Sections 1 and 2.
